The Small Business Leadership Edge Coaching Program is a 10-month high-level exclusive coaching program. We work with entrepreneurs and small business leaders that are serious about up-leveling your leadership skills, business acumen and taking your business to the next level.  

At Toni Navy International, we take a multi-dimensional approach to our training and coaching programs including dynamic content delivery, experiential learning, immersive strategies and executive coaching with Toni. You'll get access to livestream trainings and online training sessions to keep participants engaged, on track and producing results.  

The cost of the program is $3750 for month one, $900 per each subsequent month thereafter. The structure of our program includes: 

First Month 

  • You'll receive one 3 hour session or (2) 90-minute calls with Toni
  • Leadership development questionnaire
  • Professional background review
  • Establishing your Leadership Development Plan (LDP)
  • Align your LDP with the business or organization goals  

Each Month Thereafter 

  • One 90-minute coaching call with Toni (can be scheduled as 2 - 45 minute calls)
  • One 75 minute livestream training session and Q&A opportunity
  • Email access includes 5 emails per month
  • Access to the Toni Navy International Online Training Center that includes all of the training videos, worksheets, exercises and content for each of the modules that is unlocked according to scheduled release
